Air Carriers

The Standard Requirements for granting Air Carrier business permission in Libya.

 

    t
  1. Apply in writing a request to The Director of Air Transport Management.
  2. t

  3. Copy (as original) of Memorandum of Company Association certified by tax, with a copy of proof of identity of the founders (ID card or passport).
  4. t

  5. Headquarter documents (proof of ownership or tenancy contract certified by tax with sketch showing the location of the site and property facilities.
  6. t

  7. Copy (as original) of the Company Primary System
  8. t

  9. General Assembly Minutes of Meeting
  10. t

  11. The organizational structure of the company functions and duties for all departments and offices, according to the organizational structure.
  12. t

  13. Copy (as original) of the Commercial Registration
  14. t

  15. Copy (as original) of the Chamber of Commerce.
  16. t

  17. Copy of the company registration in tax authority.
  18. t

  19. Certificate of tax payment since the founding of the company and direct its activities.
  20. t

  21. Career Level of the company according to the criteria laid down for recruitment airline certified by the Ministry of Labor.

Ground Handling Services

The Standard Requirements for granting Ground Handling Services business permission in Libya.

  1. Apply in writing a request to The Director of Air Transport Management.

The Standard Requirements for granting Air Services Agency business permission in Libya.

  3. Copy (as original) of Memorandum of Company Association certified by tax, with a copy of proof of identity of the founders (ID card or passport).

  5. Headquarter documents (proof of ownership or tenancy contract certified by tax with sketch showing the location of the site and property facilities.

  9. General Assembly Minutes of Meeting

  11. Copy (as original) of the Commercial Registration

  7. Copy (as original) of the Commercial Registration
  8. Copy (as original) of the Chamber of Commerce.
  9. Certificate of tax payment.
  10. Headquarter documents (proof of ownership or tenancy contract certified by tax with sketch showing the location of the site and property facilities.
  11. A list of employees determine the function and nationality of each of them .
